Celeste’s role with Toledo Lucas County Public Library’s Mott Branch has made her a key partner in TMA’s efforts to provide arts education outreach in Toledo’s Junction neighborhood. During TMA’s Juneteenth celebration in the Peristyle, Celeste was one of ten recipients of the Changemaker Awards which acknowledge key leaders who are having a positive impact in the Englewood and Junction neighborhoods. We talked to Celeste about her experience with these outreach programs and the Juneteenth celebration.
